Packaging:

• All our jewelry will be packaged in stylish jewelry boxes ready to be gifted.
• Free gift card is provided upon request, please leave us a note or mark as gift if you would like it to come along with your order.

Shipping:

We use USPS for our carrier.

• Orders up and above $49 ship for FREE via USPS First Class Mail within the US.
• Orders up and above $120 International Free shipping.

Shipping time:

• United States: 3-5 days
• International: 1-4 weeks, depending on the destination.

- Stressfree cancellation within 24 hours. 

- Cancellation made after 24 hours of order placed will incur a 20% processing and transaction fee, priority to the order has not yet been shipped.

- Kindly noted that cancellation is not allowed if the order is being shipped as we have already worked on your order.

- If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition or wrong product sent, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving it with proven photos.

- Please notice that if you inform us for more than 7 days, we cannot do the refund for you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund and cancellation.

~Treat your jewelry with care~

Our jewelry is durable, but sometimes can react and cause discoloration in some situations. (Not often to happen)

- Store your jewelry in a clean, dry space.

- Avoid damaging chemicals. (Hairspray, lotion, and perfume can be damaging)

- Use warm water for regular cleanings

- When in doubt, take it off. (swimming pool and gym isn’t ideal place for your jewelry)
