SHIPPING
Most standard orders within the United States are delivered within 7–15 business days from the date the order is placed.
Custom jewelry—including pieces requiring ring sizing, special plating, or engraving—may require 7–10 business days of processing and may take longer to arrive.
International delivery typically takes 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
We work with USPS and other trusted shipping partners, depending on the destination, product, and available shipping service. International orders may be transferred to a local carrier for final delivery.
Orders of $49 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
International orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days from the date the order is placed
- International: 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs clearance
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you wish your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly contact us as soon as your order has been placed, and we will make the necessary adjustments. We are unable to make changes to your address once the order has been shipped and no refund will be provided if the address is deemed wrong/invalid during delivery.
Our prices do not include VAT for European Union countries. If you are located in the EU, you may be required to pay VAT and possible customs or clearance fees upon delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Our return/exchange policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition, unworn or unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
Items/Services NOT eligible for return, refund, or store credit:
- Return requests made after 30 days of delivery
- Items without the original return tag
- Items returned in a damaged, worn, or altered condition
- Pierced earrings, body jewelry, custom rings
- Engraved or monogrammed products
For International Orders
For international returns due to preference-based reasons, we are happy to:
- Offer a partial refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis without requiring a return, or
- Accept a return shipped back at the customer’s own expense within 18 days of return approval for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees).
All refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 8–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned package.

Once your return request is approved, we will email you:
- A return shipping label
Please ship your return within 14 days of receiving the return label.
⚠️ Items sent back without submitting a return request first will not be accepted.
A flat $4.90 return shipping fee applies to returns due to preference-based reasons (e.g., changed mind, style not as expected, ordered by mistake and etc.).
Late Return Fee:
If the return package is shipped after 14 days from the date the return label is issued, a late handling fee of 10-15% may be deducted from the refund. Returns sent excessively late may be subject to refusal.
Please allow 5-7 business for us to process your return after it arrives and is inspected to be in good, non-defective condition.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
We apologise for our underserving, please email us at jazzytuneofficial@gmail.com, detailing what is incorrect or defective along with a picture of the piece, and return the item within 12 days of the receipt date. Refunds would be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package.
REFUND POLICY
- Stressfree cancellation within 24 hours.
- Cancellation made after 24 hours of order placed will incur a 20% processing and transaction fee, priority to the order has not yet been shipped.
- Kindly noted that cancellation is not allowed if the order is being shipped as we have already worked on your order.
- If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition or wrong product sent, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving it with proven photos.
- Please notice that if you inform us for more than 7 days, we cannot do the refund for you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund and cancellation.
If your jewelry is found defective such as broken/damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving provided with the photos, and we will proceed to refund you without returning your jewelry. Please note that tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. You may check for our jewelry care guide on how to avoid this. Please notice that we reserve the right to accept/refuse the refund for you if being informed for over a month. Refund is specific to the defective items, excluding the shipping fee.
