Please allow 5-7 days for basic jewelry processing and 7-10 business days for custom jewelry with specific requirements such as gemstone ring sizing, different color plating, or engraving.

We use USPS for our carrier.

Orders up and above $49 ship for FREE via USPS First Class Mail within the US.

Orders up and above $120 International Free shipping. 

Shipping time:

United States: 3-5 days

International: 1-4 weeks, depending on the destination.

If you wish your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly contact us as soon as your order has been placed, and we will make the necessary adjustments. We are unable to make changes to your address once the order has been shipped and no refund will be provided if the address is deemed wrong/invalid during delivery.

Our prices do not include VAT for European Union countries. If you are located in the EU, you may be required to pay VAT and possible customs or clearance fees upon delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition, unworn or unused
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
  

Items/Services NOT eligible for return, refund, or store credit:

• Return requests made after 30 days of delivery
• Items without the original return tag
• Items returned in a damaged, worn, or altered condition
• Pierced earrings, body jewelry, custom rings
• Engraved or monogrammed products

For International Orders

For international returns due to preference-based reasons, we are happy to:

• Offer a partial refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis without requiring a return, or
• Accept a return shipped back at the customer’s own expense within 18 days of return approval for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees).
  

All refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 8–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned package.

Once your return request is approved, we will email you:

• A return shipping label
  

Please ship your return within 14 days of receiving the return label.

⚠️ Items sent back without submitting a return request first will not be accepted.

A flat $4.90 return shipping fee applies to returns due to preference-based reasons (e.g., changed mind, style not as expected, ordered by mistake and etc.).

Late Return Fee:

If the return package is shipped after 14 days from the date the return label is issued, a late handling fee of 10-15% may be deducted from the refund. Returns sent excessively late may be subject to refusal.

- Stressfree cancellation within 24 hours. 

- Cancellation made after 24 hours of order placed will incur a 20% processing and transaction fee, priority to the order has not yet been shipped.

- Kindly noted that cancellation is not allowed if the order is being shipped as we have already worked on your order.

- If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition or wrong product sent, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving it with proven photos.

- Please notice that if you inform us for more than 7 days, we cannot do the refund for you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund and cancellation.
