- When in doubt, take it off. (swimming pool and gym isn’t ideal place for your jewelry)
Refund + Cancellation
- Stressfree cancellation within 24 hours.
- Cancellation made after 24 hours of order placed will incur a 20% processing and transaction fee, priority to the order has not yet been shipped.
- Kindly noted that cancellation is not allowed if the order is being shipped as we have already worked on your order.
- If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition or wrong product sent, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving it with proven photos.
- Please notice that if you inform us for more than 7 days, we cannot do the refund for you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund and cancellation.

We use USPS for our carrier.
- Orders up and above $49 ship for FREE via USPS First Class Mail within the US.
- Orders up and above $100 International Free shipping.
Shipping time:
- United States: 5-7 days
- International: 1-4 weeks, depending on the destination.

Please note that orders shipped to the European Union do not include VAT.
