- Use warm water for regular cleanings

- When in doubt, take it off. (swimming pool and gym isn’t ideal place for your jewelry)
Refund + Cancellation

- Stressfree cancellation within 24 hours. 

- Cancellation made after 24 hours of order placed will incur a 20% processing and transaction fee, priority to the order has not yet been shipped.

- Kindly noted that cancellation is not allowed if the order is being shipped as we have already worked on your order.

- If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition or wrong product sent, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving it with proven photos.

- Please notice that if you inform us for more than 7 days, we cannot do the refund for you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund and cancellation.

We use USPS for our carrier.

  • Orders up and above $49 ship for FREE via USPS First Class Mail within the US.
  • Orders up and above $100 International Free shipping.

Shipping time:

  • United States: 5-7 days
  • International: 1-4 weeks, depending on the destination.

Please note that orders shipped to the European Union do not include VAT.
You may be required to pay VAT and customs fees upon delivery in your country.
